Email account support →Find help with account access, technical problems, safety reports, privacy questions and account deletion. For university records, enrollment, admissions, grades or other official TUP matters, use the appropriate university office rather than MyTUP Support.
Using the correct route helps us investigate faster and prevents official university requests from being sent to the wrong team.

Email account support →Tell us what happened, what you expected to happen, the device/platform you were using and—if useful—a screenshot that does not expose sensitive information.
Report a technical problem →Use in-product reporting controls where available. For serious platform-safety concerns that require additional review, contact MyTUP Support and identify the account or content involved.
Read Community Guidelines →Review how MyTUP handles information, exercise available privacy choices, or start the permanent account-deletion process through the dedicated deletion page.
Privacy Policy →Use the Download page for official iOS and Android store links when available, or open MyTUP Web and the LMS directly from the browser.
Download & access MyTUP →Admissions, enrollment, grades, transcripts, official records, scholarships and formal university decisions are handled by TUP, not MyTUP Support.
Find the correct TUP resource →Send one clear message with enough context for the team to investigate. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, financial information or unnecessary sensitive records.
Whenever possible, email from the address associated with your MyTUP Social account.
For official TUP academic or administrative matters, use the university's official channels. Start with our Student Resources or Campus Guide, then follow the official TUP source.
