Child safety standards.
MyTUP Social has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards explain prohibited conduct, how users can report concerns, and how CommunityStack responds to child safety violations.
Report a child safety concern
Use the reporting controls available inside MyTUP Social to report content, accounts or interactions. You may also contact our designated child safety representative directly.

MyTUP Social prohibits any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child. Violations may result in immediate content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, preservation of relevant information where legally required, and reports to appropriate authorities.
Prohibited conduct includes
- Creating, uploading, requesting, sharing, distributing or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sexual contact or sexualized communications.
- Sextortion, sexual coercion, threats or blackmail involving a child.
- Trafficking, arranging or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child.
- Sexualizing minors or soliciting sexual imagery or sexual activity from a minor.
- Helping another person locate, obtain, exchange or distribute exploitative child content.
How MyTUP Social responds to child safety concerns.
Our child safety approach combines clear public rules, user reporting, moderation, enforcement, and compliance with applicable child safety laws and reporting duties.
Report concerns
Users can submit concerns through reporting controls available inside MyTUP Social. Child-safety matters may also be sent directly to info@communitystack.org.
Review and take action
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other prohibited child exploitation content, we take appropriate action under these standards and applicable law, including removal and enforcement against responsible accounts.
Report where required
MyTUP Social complies with applicable child safety laws and maintains a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, as applicable.
What happens after a report.
Child-safety reports are treated as serious safety matters. The action taken depends on the available information, the nature of the report and applicable legal requirements.
Report received
A user submits an in-app report or contacts the designated child-safety address with information about the content, account or interaction.
Review and assessment
We review the reported content or conduct and determine the appropriate action under our standards and applicable law.
Safety action
Appropriate action may include removing content, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and taking other protective or legally required measures.
Authority reporting
Confirmed CSAM or other matters that trigger a legal reporting obligation are reported to the relevant authority in accordance with applicable law.
If a child is in immediate danger
Contact local law enforcement or emergency services immediately. MyTUP Social reporting channels are not a substitute for emergency assistance.
